Custom Orders Are Final

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable once payment has been received and production has begun.
• Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances unless the item arrives damaged.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design and sizing. Once approved, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary. Delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
• If a customer becomes unresponsive after placing an order, production may proceed based on the most recent approved details. This does not make the order eligible for cancellation or refund.
• If a custom order is abandoned or not picked up (when applicable), it will not be refunded or credited.
